Grand Tetons, Jackson Hole, Wyoming

This photo was taken in the morning on our way out to the Grand Teton National Park. It was pretty early morning and we were both excited and nervous about the approaching storm. It could make for a pretty dynamic shot. As we stopped at one of the scenic turnoffs, coming out of the brush was this woman and her horse. Who knows what she was doing. It seemed like they hadn't been there long, but right after I shot this photo, they left. Pretty odd place to bring your horse I'd say. But, I like the photo so I'm not going to complain.

  1. Nice one. I love approaching storm shots, and the dramatic wall of gray in the upper right contrasts nicely with the horse-leading in the lower left.
